This poster series focuses on the stigmas surrounding mental health.

Society is notorious for placing labels on relationships, social class, and mental health and attaching a sense of shame to those labels. Placing shame on one’s well-being encourages a reluctance to seek help or to find value in one’s mind.

“Your Mental Health Matters” aims to acknowledge the stigmas surrounding mental health and recognize those stigmas as shameful. This series encourages society to realize there is more to mental health than what is on the surface.
